Whether it’s a long and lazy breakfast outside on your terrace, lunch by the pool or your own private dinner party in your dining room, the choice is yours. A typical breakfast might consist of freshly-squeezed orange or fruit juices, fresh tea and coffee, bread with home-made jams, Moroccan pastries, fresh fruit salad and local eggs. Traditional yoghurt and muffins are also made in our kitchens. We aim to change the breakfast offering slightly every day.

A snack and lunch menu as well as a regular children’s menu is always available. Half board rate is also available on request. We cater for all diets, and there is a vegetarian option every day.

If you would like a Moroccan cookery lesson, Bouchera our inhouse Moroccan wonder, is available for lessons on site. Rest assured she is very patient!

Dinner menu sample

250 MAD per adult and half price for children under 12 years:

  • Fish tagine with rosemary potatoes and roasted herb vegetables
  • Pears with creamy orange dressing

  • Chickpea, mint, orange & feta salad
